The first days and weeks after birth are a sensitive and important time. I offer regular home visits to support you physically and emotionally,\u00a0 with knowledge, calm presence, and care.<\/p>\n

What postpartum care includes<\/b><\/h4>\n

  • Up to 10 visits for mothers with previous births<\/li>\n
  • Up to 16 visits for first-time mothers, C-section, premature birth or twins<\/li>\n
  • Can be extended with a doctor’s prescription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What is monitored<\/b><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Uterine involution and healing<\/li>\n
    • Bleeding, stitches, or other birth-related issues<\/li>\n
    • Breast health and breastfeeding support<\/li>\n
    • Baby\u2019s development and general well-being<\/li>\n
    • Umbilical cord care, vitamin K, Guthrie test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
